Participating in the People Coach program was incredibly clarifying for me as a coach and communicator. The biggest win for me from the People Coach program was that it helped me finally connect all the dots. Between Designing Your Life Coaching, Retirement Coaching, being a former People School student and my years of business advisory experience, I had a lot of strong individual pieces - but this program gave me a cohesive framework to bring them all together. The PSI (People Skills Index) was especially impactful because it gave me a deeper understanding of my own communication style, strengths, blind spots, and how I naturally show up in conversations and relationships. That experience helped me to better understand not only myself, but also the deeper intention and practical application behind the entire program. It all came together in a way that felt authentic, practical, and very aligned with how I naturally work with and help people navigate growth, transition, and connection.

If you love working with others, this is the program for YOU! In this program, you will have a framework predesigned for you to help get you started when you first begin working with clients. No need to spend hours of prepping your own materials! This is done for you! I suggest adding your own flair, however it's a great way to get you started and tweak as you go!
